For the healthcare design studio Kaufmann I created a tool to assist and guide the user journey process workshops. At the studio many patient or user journeys are created. For my thesis as part of the Service and Innovation Design master’s, I decided to create a practical tool iteratively over the course of a series of workshops. The tool was intially tested internally as a rough draft and then gradually began being used with clients in our workshops. This gamified user journey workshop has not only saved time and reduced workshop confusion, but simply put: its fun!
